Tenth place on the list of the most attractive cities to live in 2022 is shared by two such dissimilar cities as Osaka and Melbourne. However, despite the cultural difference, they have a lot in common. Both are very technically developed, they are cultural, political and educational centers, and at the same time they manage to keep a balance between industry and ecology.
