9. Amsterdam, Netherlands
The capital of the Netherlands is the center of attraction for tourists from all over the world. About 5 million people visited it every year, until the pandemic made its sad adjustments. They are attracted not so much by the rich cultural past of Amsterdam (although there is something to see there), but by coffee shops where you can quite legally buy a narcotic substance banned in Russia – marijuana. Evil tongues say that its sale is one of the reasons why the average Amsterdammer is so happy with his city.
